Property Management

This service aims at keeping an eye on your property in your absence and keeping it in good conditions over the years, dealing with the normal wear & tear that may occur.

We highly recommend to all of our owners to suscribe to our maintenance services when they decide to rent their property.

On a regular basis our maintenance team will check your property to make sure that everything is in order. We will proceed to any repairs we estimate necessary and will also be pleased to deal with any of your requests upon your visits to the property.

If you require any kind of work carried out on your property, we will happily provide quotes or organise the necessary qualified tradesmen.

Administrative follow up

We will make sure that all payments relating to your property are up-to-date.

Rentals

The property being kept in perfect conditions thanks to our maintenance service, we will be able to offer it for short, medium or long term rentals.

It is convenient to have a full inventory of your belongings. If you wish, we can take care of it for you.

Cleaning services

When visitors are expected in the property, we will proceed to a full cleaning service (make beds, dust furniture, clean windows and terraces, etc.).

Upon departure, the property will be thoroughly cleaned again.

As part of our Management service, our cleaners will also take the used linen to the Laundrette and return it to your property once washed.

We will take care of yourselves, as well as of your guests and tenants as if they were yourselves.

Home Insurance

It is very important to have a Home Insurance Policy to insure the contents of your property. We highly recommend that you use OCASO, our Insurance Company, as if you ever had a claim to proceed for damages, breakages, robbery, etc., we shall be able to do it for you, as well as to take care of the necessary repairs.
