The main reason for doing business with a long established company, especially on the Costa del Sol, is because its longevity is the best reference one can have. Due to the recent “boom” in property sales in the last couple or so years, we have seen a great number of estate agents sprout all over the Costa, some well known with their own established history, some unheard of and some with a long, good, reputable history but not as well known.
Key Home Services is one of the oldest established agencies in the Puerto de La Duquesa, their history goes back some 20 years at least, when things were also quite different.
Our secret is quite simple we do not do business, we form a relationship with each client based on trust and mutual respect. We do not advertise very much, we reply on recommendations and repeat business from satisfied clients
Now that the business has earned its reputation and acquired a large number of clients, in Spain and abroad, we have not opened another branch somewhere else, we quite simply have moved to a bigger office across the street. In other words, rather than than follow the impulse of greed and diminish the quality of our service, we prefer to improve our service, our premises and our facilities for clients.
