| Our main objective is to care and maintain your property in perfect condition and on a regular basis our maintenance team will check the property and its belongings. You will also have peace of mind that all your bills, community, insurance, rates etc… are all looked after by our administrative member of staff who will make sure all is up to date, this aimed at making your life easier and helping you with admin formalities. Included in our management contract, with us. Our cleaners will proceed to an arrival clean, every time you or your guests are due in the property. On departure, the property will be thoroughly cleaned, but this time at your own expense. As part of our management service, our cleaners will also take the used linen and towels to the laundrette and return it to your property once cleaned. The laundry service is being provided by a separate company, we will pay for it on your behalf and directly deduct it from your account with us. Rental & managementThe property being left in perfect condition, thanks to our maintenance service, we can take care of renting it short, medium or long term. In order to rent, it is always useful to have a full inventory of all the belongings of the property. Before any rental, we shall clean the property, make the beds, connect electricity etc...When the tenants leave, the property will be cleaned again and the linen taken to the laundrette. If anything happens to be damaged, we shall take care of repairs and leave the property in perfect condition. If your property is rented on a long term basis, tenants will be made responsible for paying electric and water bills, but community and rates charges will be paid by the owner of the property.
